My name is Marisol Janko and I have been exercising my whole life. When I was young I played soccer at a competitive level. When I had my daughters life got very busy and I stopped exercising. When I moved to the United States I really missed my family and got depressed. Luckily I joined a gym with one of my friends, and I hired a personal trainer. With his guidance I saw results fast and got addicted to exercise, and bettering myself not only physically but mentally. I want to spread this joy to my clients and their loved ones. I’ve changed many lives in the couple years I have been doing this. You could be next!

At a young age I knew I wanted to spread the joy of exercise to others and change their lives, just as much as it changed mine. My passion is to help create small lifestyle changes not only in my clients lives, but in their families and friends as well.

My passion for fitness began about 8 years ago, when I began to struggle with mental health and found that working-out and going to the gym was an incredible outlet and way of overcoming those issues.

Throughout my personal training career, I've worked with individuals just learning and starting their fitness journey, individuals who compete in international bodybuilding competitions, and everyone in between. With that knowledge, experience, and expertise, came the creation of Built Bold Fitness, LLC.

Our approach to fitness at Built Bold Fitness is to create goal-oriented and appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular health, body fat-loss, and strength training!

Fitness has been in my life since I’ve been a child. I grew up being a high-level, multi-sport athlete through college with a continued background in volleyball. I have personally experienced training in various ways from being a college athlete, ACL rehabilitation, to wanting to look and feel stronger for every day life. I specialize in injury prevention and enhanced performance in sports with youth athletes.

I have completed my Youth Exercise Specialist certification and continue to work on my CSNC (Certified Sports Nutrition Coach).

My passion is to help individuals succeed and grow, not just on their fitness goals, but also make lifestyle changes. I hold my clients accountable while motivating and pushing them to be the best version of themselves.

I am a certified personal trainer here at MKE Fit. Fitness is something I have always been passionate about. Amanda Rivera

Hi, I’m Amanda! I work as a school psychologist who has a huge passion for fitness! While I am newer to personal training, the gym is a very familiar place to me. I have been weight lifting for almost three years now and am so excited to share my knowledge and passion with others! Prior to finding the gym I was an avid athlete, but was always in pain due to tight muscles, knee issues, and not fueling my body properly. Through research and consistency, I have learned how to build muscle while also strengthening my body through stretching and diet. My approach to personal training will reflect what I have learned for myself- how to build strength through weight lifting, fueling your body, and taking care of yourself as a whole person!
